Print - Process for "Cooking" a Screen using a Lightbox

It’s a large exposure unit for exposing large screens. For screen printing you have to ultraviolent light which helps expose the images!
 
HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:
  1. Warm the machine up
  2. Put the picture negative and the screen into the machine and close the lid.
  3. Press the vacuum button so that the black rubber gets sucked in tight, ready for the "cooking" to begin.
  4. It should be on 247 light – vacuum the screen it expose the image and then press START. Make sure you hold the start button for 5 seconds otherwise the screen/image will flack.
  5. Wait for 240 seconds for the machine to work it's magic to expose the image
  6. After it has finished - turn off the vacuum and wait. Then you open the lid of the machine and wash it off and you should see the image come onto the screen before your very eyes!
