Working for London 2012 is anyone's chance to share a moment of history – not just in the UK, but on a global stage. The London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games are taking place in London and across the UK next summer, and the event needs talented and dedicated people to be a part of them.
With London 2012, there are all sorts of job opportunities for all sorts of people, including those currently out of work and students. More than 100,000 people will be paid to work on the Games, all of them with different backgrounds, skills and experiences. From catering to IT, cleaning to ticketing, there are a wide range of paid roles, some starting now and some starting next year, during what’s known as Games time.

Recruitment is underway and if you’re keen to get involved you will find something you can apply for. There's also volunteering and ways to get involved even without a jobs. All I know is that whatever people's opion is, working for an event like this is once in a life time for a lot people.
